Setting the stone at your grave site in St. Johns Cemetery Middle Village Queens
Price Does NOT include: Any additional designs, any additional lettering, changes in granite, personal etching, photos, different typeface of monument lettering, design changes ect. Cemetery Charges are not included.
Please note: These specials might not be allowed on your grave site due to cemetery regulations. If your grave site is in the flat monument area only these monuments will not be allowed. Please check your deed if upright monuments are allowed. Cemetery Charges are not included and you must present a copy cemetery deed for permits.
These Specials are only offered for St. Johns Cemetery located in Queens. Supreme Memorials, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the specials any time with out notice.
Payment Terms on specials: 1/2 deposit on order ; balance on approved drawing. Monuments take approximately 8 to 16 weeks once approved to install at your grave site.
As of January 2, 2012 Cemetery Charges for St. Johns Catholic Cemetery are:
*Cemetery Charges For Saint John's Cemetery have been increased as of January 2nd 2012
Permit Charge $120.00 This is required for all monument applications and grave lettering orders.
Foundation Charges: Site Specific if grave was purchased before the Mid 1980's. Single Grave Monument Foundations are $670.00 + 120.00 Permit Charge Total is $790.00
Grave Sites that were purchased after the mid 1980's do not require the foundation charge the only cemetery charge will be the permit fee
